Monthly Caregiver Support
Effective ways for caregiving and self-care
Caring for a spouse or loved one with a progressive illness, such as dementia, heart failure, or lung disease, can be all-consuming and take a toll on your own health. Taking care of yourself should be a priority but can be difficult. Join others in your community who are going through the same challenges at our monthly caregiving support group. We’ll share experiences, tips for effective caregiving, advice on self-care and hold each other up on this particularly challenging journey.
Covenant Living’s common purpose is to create joy and peace of mind for residents, employees and their families by providing a better way of life. We stand by this, not only for our residents but our greater community. By caring for yourself, you give better care for your loved one. Covenant Living of Keene is here to help.
Join us on the second Tuesday of every month at 1 pm and gather with your peers. These groups are free and open to the public. Fill out the form below to reserve your spot!*
